FROM A SINGLE START-UP TO A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY

Our prosperity is due to three interlocking factors: the first, being our customers, who have always come first.

The second, our employees, who are passionate about serving our customer’s needs.

The third, responsive legislators and agencies, who have aided us in our expansion, as well as tangibly supported industrial growth across this nation.

Industry was, is and will always be the future of this country.

We are proud to be vested across the board, person to person, in the future.

OUR SUBSIDIARY NECONTECH

We build factories logistically, providing our customers with the same quality service in a work environment that matches the ethical standards of our home base in Pennsylvania.

We do not export the American dream, we live it, worldwide, allowing others to dream their dreams too.  That’s our bottom line …

The American Dream . . .

His Tool & Die Certificate looks exactly like his father’s. Perhaps it is easier to dream of your own business if you’re lucky enough to be born in New Freedom, Pennsylvania.

But it was not luck that spurred Tom Baughman to dream. It was a work ethic that is the fabric of American life, instilled early on by his father’s example.

STARTED IN A BASEMENT

However, Tom was indeed lucky. He met and married Lisa Bower in 1976. Ten years and three children later, New Concept Machine and Tool was born in the basement of Tom and Lisa’s home. Wayne Schuchart and Dale Kurtz joined Tom to forge a lifelong partnership, adding engineering, stamping and molding to become New Concept Technology.

… AND GREW TO A 200,000 SQ. FT FACILITY

Growth came quickly. New Concept acquired a capital loan through the Small Business Development Company (SEDCO), purchased state of the art molding equipment, and moved to York, PA.

By 2007, with the help of the York County Industrial Development Authority (YCIDA), New Concept Technology, now a multi-million dollar company, moved to Emigsville, PA, its current secure 20 acre tract, 200,000 sq. ft. C-TPAT Compliant facility.
